I cut out the Cuttlebug Flourish Medallion by Anna Griffin from watercolor paper that had been colored with orange & yellow Brusho Crystal Colors. Experiment #2 – Bleaching an image and then coloring. I started with watercolor paper & I used Powdered Pigments called Brusho Crystal Colors: Ultramarine Blue.
