Background created in my spray box with Tattered Angels . I used my Misti Stamping Tool and Distress Inks by Ranger to stamp Build A Flower: Rose by Altenew Stamps and cut out with matching dies. The sentiment was cut out with Pink & Main Happy Birthday PNM200 and inlaid. I finished off with scattered jewels.
