(2019 c4) Polar Bear Valentine
Stamps and Dies used: HERO ARTS Polar Greetings, Hero Arts Love Stamp & Cut, SIZZIX Heart Ornamental Die .
The background was made by smooshing Distress Oxide Inks by Ranger onto my Couture Creations Non Stick Craft Matt CO723828 then spritzed it with water. The clear heart was cut with SIZZIX Heart Ornamental Die.

Here is a closeup of the bear on the plastic heart and the brads. (I love how the bear seems to be looking right at you no matter how you angle the card) I used a RE-PURPOSED piece of heavy, clear packaging plastic, doesn’t it make you think of an ice cave? It was so thick that it cut through a few of the pieces, but not all, so I taped the Bear to the top of the heart with Score Tape and this will keep the pieces in tact. I didn’t want glue or tape to show through, so I used heart brads to hold the outside boarder to the next inside layer. And the brads started out red. So I applied Versamark Ink and heat embossed with Blue Tinsel Ranger Embossing Powder.

This is such a clever and adorable card! I love how you fully embraced the ice theme and made every element feel icy! But you kept it “heart-warming” (ha, ha) with how cute your bear is.
