Encouraging HAPPY wishes!

Background stamped with Hero Arts CG799 Circle Pattern Bold Prints, Flowers stamped with Hero Arts – Daisy and Bugs Stamp and Cut DC219 and water colored with Distress Inks by Ranger .  Sentiments stamped using Versamark Ink & heat embossed with Black Embossing Powder by Ranger  on vellum flags. Used Hero Arts DC239 Wishes Stamp & Cut, and the big Happy Wishes was from Kelly Creates Store: Stamp Set CELEBRATION .
