(2019 c128) Lawn Fawn Santa’s Sleigh
As promised yesterday, today’s card uses the leftover background that was used to apply Versamark and Heat emboss the Snowflakes Overlay Die 1864917 by Momenta/Paper Crafts yesterday’s card https://inkylageney.wordpress.com/.
I used a sponge dauber and pounced Versamark Ink and heat embossed with Kaleidoscope Embossing Powder by Stampendous. (This way the snowflake design was left without embossing on the blue toned sheet) So I Sponged Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Inks by Ranger over the background and buffed off the ink from the embossed area. I wanted to create a sliding Santa & Reindeer so I stamped the image from Winter Skies LF1763 from Lawn Fawn, on repurposed plastic packaging with Jet Black Stazon Ink . For the INTERACTIVE portion, I glued long beads behind the sleigh & the lead deer and sandwiched it on another piece of plastic. I threaded fishing line through the holes and tied loops on each end to attach it with the wooden beads seen in the photo on the left. They were too thick for the brads I planned to attach the string to, so I filed the beads down to half the depth . I inserted a paintbrush handle into one end (to hold the bead with) and ran it back and forth on an emery board, it took a while but it worked!
In the last photo below you can see the Sleigh start on left and travel to the right.
