(2017 c3) Love Sparkles & Shines

The heart was cut with Spellbinders Media Mixage Hearts One (This is hard to find but any heart die will do).  I mixed Ken Oliver Color Burst (Watercolor Pigment Powder) with Golden Glass Bead Gel on my craft mat, then applied to the heart with a palette knife and let it dry overnight.
