 Using watercolor paper I cut the background out with  Sizzix Tim Holtz  Garden  Greens TH661206, then colored with Ken Oliver Color Burst (WatercolorPigment Powder) .  (I saved the cutouts for another project) The flowers layered on top  were cut from Sizzix  Tim Holtz Wildflowers 2 Thinlits Die TH661808.  I colored with Distress Inks by Ranger and  Tim Holtz Distress Markers by Ranger.  I mounted on DCWV Brights Glitter cardstock.  …
