(2018 c136) Penny Black, Holly

The Happy Holly by Penny Black was stamped with  Versamark Ink  and then heat embossed with Gold  Ranger Embossing Powder .   Originally I scored the upper left and lower right corners, but they didn’t show up very well, so I added gold pen to the score lines.  The holly was painted with  Artist’s Loft Pearlescent watercolors found at Michaels .   The sentiment is from  A Festive Season by …

I used my Misti Stamping Tool  to stamp Build A Flower: Rose by Altenew Stamps and dies. Colors used Distress Oxide Inks by Ranger : Shaded Lilac, Wilted Violet, Seedless preserves, Twisted Citron, Peeled Paint.  On a silvery vellum I stamped with Painted  Greetings stamp set by AltENew.  For the silver cardstock background I used embossing folder by Spellbinders M-Bossabilities called Elite  Side B.  I first hit the high points …

(2018 c124) Neat & Tangled, Paint on Dark Cardstock Tutorial

For the background on watercolor paper I applied Distress Inks by Ranger : Mermaid Lagoon, Blueprint Sketch and Ripe Persimmon to a long acrylic block and spritzed with water and “Stamped” it onto the paper.  The stamp is from the stamp set from Lawn Fawn:  Happy Happy Happy.
