The Rainbow Colored CELEBRATE panel was stamped with Painted Greetings by Alte New using Versamark and heat embossed with  white WOW Embossing Powder and then sponged with Distress Oxide Inks by Ranger. (2015 c38) Unity Stamps – Happy Birthday

For today’s card i used Unity stamps. First I watercolored the background. The soccer ball was made by stamping twice with the stamp and punching out with a Fiskar’s 1 inch Circle punch.
