(2021 c016) Distress Inks on Photo Paper

I used photo paper to create the background by SMOOSHING Distress Inks by Ranger onto my Craft Mat and spritzing with water then mopping up with the photo paper. I cut heart printed vellum with Wonky Wavy Stitched Hearts by Kat Scrappiness . See a closeup of the vellum hearts below.
