(2021 c015) Slimline Winter

My mostly NEUTRAL card has only one color besides white – Weathered Wood Distress Oxide Ink by Ranger. I did extended stamping with  Hero Arts Starry Night Brushstroke Bold Print with Versamark Ink , Clear  WOW Embossing Powder and applied Weathered Wood around the upper edges with my  Taylored Expressions Blender Brushes. The houses and sentiment were stamped with the Weathered Wood Distress Oxide Ink by Ranger and heat embossed with Clear EP using  HERO ARTS CM282 Home For The Holidays . The deer are from Hero Arts DI 658 Layering Snow Globe. The hills were cut by extending the hills to fit the slimline format by using several die sets: using Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Boarders, Frantic Stamper Hill With Pine Trees Edger, My Favorite Things – Retired – Hillside edges dies.

Your winter sky sends a shiver, but is beautiful to set off your wintry scene. Aren’t the slim line cards so much fun to create with? This is perfect for our Mostly Neutrals challenge at The Funkie Junkie Boutique challenge blog!

  5. It’s a fabulous card Lagene and shows just how effective staying with one colour can be when used so cleverly like this. Thank you for sharing them with us at The Funkie Junkie Boutique Blog xx
