(2020 c084) Stenciled Glass Bead Gel

The background started with a piece of watercolor paper that I used to “Mop Up” leftover inks on my media mat after sponging on other cards.  I mixed Ken Oliver Color Burst (Watercolor Pigment Powder) with Golden Glass Bead Gel on my craft mat, then applied to the Hero Arts SA051 Floral Fillagree Stencil Pair  (this seems to be discontinued, but the link shows others available) with a palette knife and let it dry overnight.  The HAPPY BIRTHDAY sentiment was cut from DCWV Foiled 6X6 Stack paper with Lawn Fawn Big Scripty Words Lawn Cuts Dies LF1172  .  At first I just glued the sentiment onto the gell surface.  But it really got lost in the design, so I cut vellum strips and mounted new diecuts to them and wrapped around to the back side of the face of the card.
