(2019 c99) Lawn Fawn Fall Surprise
I used Lawn Fawn: Let’s Toast Pull Tab die set to make today’s card. Click the link: Lawn Fawn Let’s Toast Pull Tab YouTube for a GREAT TUTORIAL! I used repurposed plastic packaging to cut my pull tab.
Products used: Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Boarders , Lawn Fawn Mom and Me stamps and dies, Lawn Fawn Happy Birthday Boarder Die , Lawn Fawn: Stitched Leaves , Versamark Ink , Misti , Ranger Embossing Powder , Distress Inks by Ranger , Coffee Shop spray mist by Tattered Angels .(for the top hill & the die cut leaves Background).
The blue background was a piece of cardstock that I used to ink Postage Stamp Edge Frames for 6 shaker ornaments way back in 2017!!!! (Like I always tell my sweet husband, I will be able to use the STUFF I save sometime down the road, honest!) I made another background from those same leftovers in 2018, (I like to do my ink blending on top of white cardstock when doing a big project instead of on a craft mat because why wipe up all that ink, it just might work in another project DOWN THE ROAD!) see it HERE
Saved & recycled again, see this came in handy too: The big leafy die cut background was the leftovers from this Project (from 2017) and was further altered.
For the pile of stitched leaves I cut them out of colored vellum.
The panel directly behind the leaves was so much fun to make following Jennifer MdGuire’s Embellished Windows Technique. (using laminater sheets) Check out her blog post and she has a Great video Tutorial. I sandwiched Carnelian Embossing Powder and Orange Sequins & fine Gold Gitter. There is flash glare, but the photo below shows up this layer better than my NON-flash photos above.
