(2019 c35) Lawn Fawn, Dining at the Carrot Farm
Well, wasn’t this FUN!!! I created this totally with white card stock. Step one, I “impressed” the plowed furrows in the field by using Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Boarders , then I made a mask with cardstock with the same die so I could sponge Distress Inks by Ranger to create the grass, dirt and sky. Before sponging though I colored the tops of carrots that would poke up out of the dirt with Copics, and topped them with Versamark Embossing Pen then heat embossed with clear Ranger Embossing Powder , so they would resist the inks. I sponged the clouds using a die from Lawn Fawn Christmas Dreams which I cut in the middle of a piece of cardstock (I did a “partial” die cutting technique to eliminate the little tail for the bubbles) The bunnies as well as the big carrot tops (Its the star beam) are from Lawn Fawn: Upon A Star . I will choose a sentiment for the inside when just the right occasion and recipient arises.
