Stamp sets used:  Paper Smooches Simply Said Paper Smooches Hot Concoctions.

Backgound created with Tim Holtz Mechanics 3D Texture Fades Embossing Folder 662715.  Barn Door Distress Inks by Ranger  was swiped across the impressing side of the folder before running through my Sizzix Big Shot Then I heat embossed with Clear Ranger Embossing Powder.  Next I actually brushed Satin Brushed Pewter TSS42198  Tim Holtz Distress Spray Stain quickly and very lightly onto the same side of the folder and ran the cardstock through again.  (of course I cleaned the folder with a  soft brush and soap immediately)  I colored the coffee cup with Copics and mounted it on vellum.
