(2019 c13) Coffee Filter Valentine
Yes the heart is a COFFEE FILTER that was colored with Ken Oliver Color Burst (Watercolor Pigment Powder) As you can see in the picture below first I cut out the hearts (one on edge of card base and another on edge of top white panel that is then embossed with Tim Holtz Sizzix Kaleidoscope 3D Texture Fades Embossing Folder 663296 ) by cutting with the Hearts Template (an old template that had about 7 sizes of hearts) FISKARS Shape Xpress Cutting System.
As you can see in the photos below, I sandwiched the colored coffee filter inside a piece of 3MTransparency Film . This was taped with very strong Score Tape on the back side of the 3D Embossed top panel and then taped on top of the front of the card base.

Finally I added red glitter cardstock VALENTINE WISHES cut with: Hero Arts Valentine and three Hearts fancy dies ; Hero Arts DC239 Wishes Stamp & Cut .
Now for the most EXCITING PART ABOUT THIS CARD….Just sit it on a shelf with a big voltive candle behind it in a dark room and WALA…SEE BELOW!
