(2019 c11) Stenciled Background, Alcohol Ink LOVE

The background was made by sponging Distress Oxide Inks by Ranger through a generic heart stencil. First layer was very a light coat Barn Door ,   then I repositioned to offset and slightly overlap the hearts and sponged with Candied Apple with a heavier hand. When dried thouroughly,  I randomly applied  953n Moonstone Nuvo Glitter Paste through a few hearts of the stencil.  The outside edges of the front of the white card base were  swiped heavily with Candied Apple and then I spackeld with 953n Moonstone Nuvo Glitter Paste.

The frame and LOVE letters are the left overs when I cut out my central image a few days ago for (1019 c9) Alcohol Ink LOVE .  Here’s how I made them:  LOVE was cut at a diagonal on a piece of new HP Photo Paper that I used to “Mop-Up” Alcohol inks that were left on my glass mat after lightly spritzing with 91% Rubbing Alcohol and it was cut out with MY FAVORITE THINGS Die-namics Wonky Stitched Rectangle STAX .  I cut out with Stampin Up Large Letters Framlits Dies 14172.   (I just love 2 for one elements!!!)
