(2018 c78) Tim Holtz 3-D Botanicals Shaker Card

For me personally Shaker Cards make me so happy, so I chose a shaker for an encouragement card today.

I love Tim Holtz’s new Texture Fades! Like yesterday’s card, I used  Tim Holtz Sizzix Botanical 3D Texture Fades Embossing Folder .  For the central flower I used a discontinued dry pigments product called Lumin Arte which I mixed with water and a little Gum Arabic.  I created the shaker using 2 pieces of repurposed plastic packaging .  I topped the base piece with a fun foam oval frame and inserted beads and then topped with the second plastic panel and  For the oval frame,  by taping 2 dies together  I cut white cardstock with Die-namics Inside & Out Stitched Oval STAX by  MFT My Favorite Things.

  3. Beautiful embossing-neat shaker card!

  4. Lots of beautiful dimension on your card! I like the way you’ve framed your flowers. It’s almost like a painting on the wall. ❤ Thank you for playing along with the Calling All Sistahs challenge. I hope you will join us again for a new challenge starting on the 18th.
