(2018 c67) Spring Birthday Shaker

I stamped the poppy flower from Stately Flowers 1 by Melanie Muenchinger found at GinaK Designs with Versamark Ink and heat embossed with Black WOW Embossing Powder on water color paper.  Then I painted with Distress Inks by Ranger.  I cut the upper right corner with Tim Holtz Sizzix Thinlits 660220 Mixed Media Die.  Next I masked the poppy and wet the background with water and sprinkled Ultramarine Blue Ken Oliver Color Burst (Watercolor Pigment Powder.

I used fun foam to back the watercolor paper with the die shape cut out to accomodate the shaker elements.  I cut the sentiment with the Lawn Fawn Happy Birthday Boarder die.
