(2018 c66) Mother’s Day Watercolors

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

3 more cards for this project:   My best CRAFTING BUDDY had this idea for us to make Mother’s Day cards and take to one of our local Nursing Homes since some of the residents may not receive any cards for Mother’s Day.  This is my 2nd set for her project.  We will also be making Father’s Day cards for June.

The second and third cards can be seen on the right.  I used the Misti Stamping Tool to stamp Stately Flowers 1 by Melanie Muenchinger found at GinaK Designs with Versamark Ink and heat embossed with White  embossing powder on watercolor paper.  Next I wet the entire piece and watercolored with Distress Inks by Ranger .  I stamped the sentiment from Mom + Me  byLawn Fawn and heat embossed.  OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

I cut the bottom edge with Spellbinders GRAND Nestabilities SCALLOPED OVALS (they must be discontinued, but can be found on Ebay or Amazon.  I mounted on designer papers.
