(2018 c33) Color your Vellum

Cut out window for vellum insert with Spellbinders Labels One Etched Dies.  See the picture on the right for the inside view: For my card I used  the stamp set from a Mark’s Finest Papers a Heinrichs Co. (Which has gone out of business, but you can sometimes find the stamp sets on the WEB) called Silly Shells.   I used white vellum, stamped with Versamark Ink and heat embossed with black WOW Embossing Powder  and colored with Copics.  The sentiment was also stamped and heat embossed on vellum. The background has the larger shells heat embossed on the colored cardstock with clear EP for a coordinating background.
