(2018 c20) Celebrate AlteNew Painted Greetings

(2018 c20) Celebrate Altenew.jpg

First step was to use my Misti Stamping Tool and stamp words from Painted  Greetings stamp set by AltENew.   with Distress Inks.  Then I  heat embossed with clear WOW Embossing Powder.  I repeated a couple of times to get better color coverage (NO PROBLEM WITH THE MISTI).  Next I sponged Spun Sugar & Pickled Rasberry Distress Inks by Ranger  on the background, then spritzed with water. Then I sponged Pickled Rasberry Distress Oxide Inks by Ranger  on the left side and used a big blending brush on the right side with the same ink to get a lighter coverage.  Then I spritzed water again and blotted. I buffed off the embossed words, I love the embossed resist technique!  I added green embroidery floss to the left & mounted on green cardstock.
