(2018 c17) Valentine Ellen Hutson, Hero Arts, Faber Castell

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAI started by cutting watercolor paper with multiple hearts with Spellbinders Media MiXage One Heart and  Hero Arts Valentine and three Hearts fancy diesOLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA I then mixed Faber Castell Whipped Spackel with Perfect Pearls and applied on another piece of watercolor paper through the stencil I created.  I created several. The one for this card was allowed to dry then sprinkled with Merlot powdered Pigment product called Color Burst by Ken Oliver, then spritzed with water.OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA I tilted the paper back & forth to concentrate the color around the hearts. (I love how the drying created a lighter halo as well as a darker heart shape around most of the hearts as you can see in the zoomed picture.  I painted the raised hearts with Metalic Rose Liquid Metals by Ken OliverI stamped  Mondo Hydrangea from Essentials by Ellen Hutson with Versamark Ink and heat embossed with Gold WOW Embossing Powder on a light pink Vellum paper. The LOVE die is from Love Stamp & Cut by Hero Arts. It was cut from DCWV Metalic Stack from Joann Craft Store.
