(2017 c50) Ellen Hutson & AltENew Birthday

I stamped on watercolor paper that had been colored with powdered Pigment product called Color Burst by Ken Oliver.   I stamped the Mondo Hydrangea with Versamark and heat embossed with white EP then cut it out with the Mondo Hydrangeo die by Ellen Hutson.  The leaf was also colored with Color Burst by Ken Oliver and heat embossed with Gold EP.  The sentiment is from the Painted  Greetings stamp set by AltENew.  It was stamped with Versamark Ink and heat embossed in black on yellow vellum and cut out with Spellbinders Shapeabilities Nested Pennants (these are very hard to find, Oldies but Goodies).  On the base of the card I embossed the frame with Stamp Edge Frame SSD111330 by Simon Says Stamp.
