(2017 c2)Bicycle Sizzix Hero Arts set

I used Sizzix Hero Arts Bicycle 657782 set for this Birthday card for my adult son who competes on mountain bike trails.  The funny thing about it is that the color I chose for the wrecked bike turned out to be my son’s bike color. (HONEST I wasn’t thinking about that connection when I assembled the scene, believe me son) OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Well of course there were lots of his biking buddies at the Birthday party and they pointed out the fact that the  green bike was the one that was off the trail, crumpled, upside down and probably wrapped around a tree…[(buddies can be so brutal) (they also call him HAZMAT because he rides fast & furious & has been known to crash as a result)] It was a little embarrasing because they all thought I intentionally chose the green bike because of Matt. Sorry son 🙂

  1. Beautiful! It’s funny how we do things in crafting that actually relate to the person receiving the card coincidentally.

  2. Now, that is a cute story. And buddies always have to be brutal – that’s how you know they like you – man is a strange animal. I love the bike trail. Very creative. So glad you joined us at Die Cut Divas.

  3. Verna a

Amazing design. Looks like that took lots of work.
