(2015 c79) Noel, Angel Watercolor Background

I first applied Art Masking Fluid by Windsor & Newton with a Kemper Spatter Brush on water color paper and let it dry.  Here is a great video by Heather Telford showing how to use it. Then I painted the background with a cheap set of Crayola Washable Watercolors, 24-Pack .    When it was completely dry I rubbed off the spattered masking.  Then I used a very shinny gold gift bag to cut out the angel with Spellbinder’s Holiday Angel die, and the NOEL from Sizzix Holiday Words die set.  I’m disapointed that the photograph didn’t do the rich gold color justice, trust me it is bright & shinny gold!
