(2015 c19) Tim Holtz Wings Valentine Tag

For todays Valentine tag I used Tim Holtz alcohol inks to color the glossy cardstock background and then cut and embossed the heart with Spellbinders die.  I swiped Versamark Ink over the raised portions and heat embossed with gold EP.  Then colored the debossed swirls on the heart with watercolor.  I cut the felt heart …
