(2014 c46) Unity “Be Original”

Today’s card is for my sweet great niece Rach who is studying away at MHBU.  She went on a mission trip to India this summer & I couldn’t resist making this removable laminated book mark card for her.

I used Be Original an Itty Bitty stamp by Unity.  I cut the center hole with Spellbinders Labels Thirty, as well as the stamped elephant image and the sentiment on the opposite side of the bookmark.

Look at the two yellow ribbons on the front of the card.  By removing them you can release the bookmark.  See the pictures below of bookmark front & back as well as how the card looks after removing it.

I used Specialty Cardstock by Heidi Swapp that works so well for emboss resist technique.  I just sponged blue ink over to achieve this look on the front of card.(2014 c46) Unity Be Original 01
