(2014 C21) Just Rite Stamps, Masking

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAI used 2 different stamps from Just Rite Stampers called Your Special Day Medallion Labels, to achieve this focal image plus the sentiment in the middle all on one layer of white cardstock.

HERE IS HOW I DID IT:OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

As seen on the right:  First I stamped the smallest medallion with Versamark Ink and heat embossed with Shamrock Green EP. You can see the mask below the stamp that I used next to mask the small green medallion before OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAI stamped with the larger stamp which was centered over the mask. as seen on the left.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAMy next step was to heat emboss with gold EP and the result is seen on the right.

Next I used Marvelous Squaresdies by Spellbinders as seen below to the leftOLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA.  First I taped the single die to the paper and then ran it through my Big Shot with the embossing pad and embossing only sandwich to “impress” the shape into the cardstock and then I used the largest die to cut out the entire piece.   I placed the small square die back in the impression and sponged Shabby Shutters Distress Ink by Tim Holtz/Ranger all around the die.  This left a white boarder which I then sponged lightly with Frayed Burlap Distress Ink by Tim Holtz/Ranger and I also sponged Frayed Burlap around the outside edges of the outside shape.  I stamped & heat embossed the sentiment in the center with gold EP.

I used Tonic’s Distress tool to fray the edges of the DP from Once Upon A Time Stack from DCWV

Then I adhered to the deep green metalic Recollections CS from Michael’s
