(2014 c18) GKD Clearly Hope is Faith

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAI’m BACK!

I was in TX for 6 weeks in Feb & March helping my daughter-in-law and family after her surgery on her left hand.  Between both hands this was the 10th surgery in the last 15 months.  It was tough on her, but she is mending and her faith keeps growing in the Great Physician, praise God!  This card is dedicated to her journey and her faith!

Stamp set: Hope is Faith by Gina K Designs

Die sets:  Wings of Hope, Marvelous Squares and Lables 1 by SPELLBINDERS

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

I die cut the clear butterfly with Wings of Hope from Spellbinders and then applied alcohol ink and attached to the butterfly that was stamped with Gina K Designs stamp called Hope is Faith and colored with Copics markers.  As you can see the stamped butterfly is  peeking out from behind the alcohol inked clear acrylic butterfly.  (I re-used acrylic packaging material for the clear butterfly)  A simple knot & wala.

Challenges Entered:

StampTV:  STV14MON12 Knots

SimonSays:  Transparent Layers – Monday
